Product Owner

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Product Ownership & Vision

• Own and manage the product backlog, including creation, refinement, prioritization, and communicating the product vision to the Scrum team and stakeholders.
  
• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, end-users, and the development team, ensuring alignment on goals and scope.
  
• Defineuser stories with clear acceptance criteria and ensure they align with the overarching product goals and strategic roadmap.
  
• Collaborate with the Product Manager to define the Product Roadmap and long-term vision.
  

2. Customer Journey Mapping & UX Specialization

• Lead and facilitate customer journey mapping workshopsto thoroughly analyze and document end-to-end user experiences, identifying pain points, moments of truth, and opportunities for digital enhancement.
  

Required Qualifications

• Experience:10 12 years of experience in Product Ownership, Product Analysis, or Business Analysis, with at least 5 years specifically as a Product Owner in an Agile/Scrum environment.
  
• Journey Mapping Mastery:Demonstrable, hands-on experience in leading, designing, and utilizing customer journey mapsand service blueprints to drive product strategy.
  
• UX/UI Acumen:Strong foundational knowledge ofUser Experience (UX) principles, information architecture, and user-centered design methodologies.
  
• Technical Fluency:Ability to communicate technical trade-offs and decisions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
