Business Development Manager

Job Purpose:

The role holder will be responsible for leading business development and account management activities in the designated US territory. This role provides autonomy and complete ownership of the end-to-end sales cycle to drive revenue growth and acquire new clients for the organization.

Account Management/Business Development Manager:

1. Obsessive focus on solving problems for customers through automation.
2. Ownership of the entire sales cycle - Prospecting, Opportunity discovery, Consulting, Commercials, and managing P&L.
3. Foster relationships with C-level executives and relevant business heads of the client to ensure customer success across key touchpoints.
4. Drive account penetration through customer success and organic business development.
5. Ownership and delivery on assigned sales targets.

3. Understanding of B2B and technology sales to Fortune 500 clients and large domestic MNCs across the US.
4. Comfortable working with C-level executives within clients.
