Roles and Responsibility:

Leadership & Stakeholder Management

• Lead business analysis activities across Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud projects.
• Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders, project teams, and technology partners.
• Facilitate workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and solution discussions.
• Drive alignment between business objectives and Salesforce capabilities.
• Mentor and guide junior Business Analysts.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and project communication.

Business Analysis & Requirement Management

• Gather, analyze, document, and validate business requirements.
• Prepare BRDs, User Stories, Use Cases, Process Flows and Functional Specifications.
• Conduct current-state and future-state process assessments.
• Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements.
• Define acceptance criteria and business success metrics.

Solution Design & Documentation

• Collaborate with Salesforce administrators, developers, and architects to design effective solutions.
• Create process maps, workflow diagrams, data models, and business process documentation.
• Define acceptance criteria and functional requirements.
• Support solution reviews to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Salesforce Sales Cloud

• Understand and optimize Lead-to-Opportunity and Opportunity-to-Order processes.
• Support and enhance sales processes, lead management, account management, and opportunity management.
• Assist in sales forecasting and pipeline management initiatives.
• Drive sales automation and process optimization.
• Define business requirements for dashboards, reports, and analytics.

Salesforce Marketing Cloud

• Gather requirements for customer journeys, campaign management, segmentation, and personalization.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to support campaign execution and automation.
• Support email marketing, customer engagement, and digital marketing programs.
• Define campaign tracking, measurement, and reporting requirements.
• Assist in customer journey mapping and marketing effectiveness initiatives.

Requirement

• 5-6 Yrs of exp into salesforce
• B.Tech, BCA, MCA, MBA as educational qualification
