About The Role

Were looking for experienced marketing educators to help shape the next generation of AI. As a Marketing Instructor on our AI training team, youll evaluate and improve how AI systems understand marketing strategy, consumer behavior, and brand positioning — directly influencing how millions of people interact with AI-powered tools.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role built for marketing professionals who want to do meaningful, intellectually engaging work on their own schedule.

• Review and evaluate AI-generated marketing questions, scenarios, and strategic explanations used in model training
• Assess the quality of AI reasoning around brand positioning, messaging frameworks, and go-to-market strategy
• Identify gaps, misconceptions, or unrealistic scenarios and provide clear, structured feedback
• Apply your classroom experience to flag the kinds of errors that trip up real students and practitioners
• Work independently and asynchronously — no meetings, no rigid schedules

• 3+ years of experience teaching marketing at the postsecondary level
• Deep understanding of marketing strategy, consumer behavior, and business communication
• Able to critically evaluate written strategic reasoning and provide actionable feedback
• Strong written communication skills — clear, concise, and constructive
• Self-directed and comfortable working within task-based workflows

• Masters degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Hands-on industry experience in marketing, growth, or brand roles
• Familiarity with AI systems or content evaluation workflows
