Software Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Java Backend Developer to join our growing engineering team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Java-based backend development with exposure to AWS cloud services. Youll be part of a collaborative team working on cutting-edge financial technology projects for a leading global client.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using Java / Spring Boot.
• Collaborate with front-end developers, architects, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Implement best practices in coding, security, and deployment.
• Work in an Agile environment and participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and daily standups.
• Integrate with AWS services and ensure cloud-based application stability and security.

Required Skills

• Strong experience (5–11 years) in Core Java, Spring, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, Microservices.
• Good understanding of AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, etc.) – Good to have.
• Experience with SQL / NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Hands-on with Git, Maven/Gradle, Jenkins, Docker.
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Budget / Compensation

• 5–8 Years Experience: Up to 21 LPA
• 8+ Years Experience: Up to 30 LPA
