Sales Counselor

We are looking for a passionate and results-oriented Admissions & Course Sales Counselor who has a strong interest in Astrology, Occult Sciences, Psychology, and Human Behavior. The candidate will be responsible for counseling prospective students, understanding their aspirations, and guiding them toward the most suitable learning programs while driving course enrollments.

• Connect with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, video consultations, and emails.
• Understand students interests, career goals, learning objectives, and personal growth aspirations.
• Provide detailed guidance on Astrology, Numerology, Graphology, Tarot, Vastu, Psychology, and related courses.
• Use psychological understanding and consultative selling techniques to identify student needs and recommend suitable programs.
• Build trust-based relationships with prospective learners and address their concerns effectively.
• Convert leads into enrollments while maintaining a student-centric approach.
• Follow up consistently with interested candidates and nurture them throughout the admission process.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and track student interactions.
• Collaborate with marketing and academic teams to improve enrollment performance and student experience.
• Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.

• Bachelors degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
• Genuine interest in Astrology, Numerology, Graphology, Tarot, Spiritual Sciences, or Personal Development subjects.
• Excellent communication and counseling skills in English and Hindi.
• Strong understanding of human psychology, emotional intelligence, and relationship building.
• Ability to influence and guide students through consultative conversations.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
• Experience in Educational Sales, Admissions Counseling, EdTech, Training Institutes, or Consulting will be preferred.
