Operations Executive

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handling day to day warehouse operations
• Handling the responsibility of Inbound, Outbound, Inventory Management
• Facility and resource management
• Receivables management
• Top Line and Bottom-Line responsibility on commercials
• Provide On-the-Job training and lead continuous training initiatives.
• Client account management

Desired Candidates Profile

• Experience in Warehouse Operations department
• stability to motivate others, delegate and timely/quality decision making
• Excellent interpersonal, communication skills
• Ability to communicate, interact and influence effectively at all levels within the organization
• Must have the ability to manage conflicts and resolve problems effectively
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedural manuals
