Job Summary:

Responsible for managing the complete printing workflow, from scratch to final output and delivery.

The role ensures that all print jobs are executed efficiently, meet quality standards, and are completed within deadlines and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Handle end-to-end printing process: pre and post operations
• Review and verify print files before production
• Coordinate with center teams to ensure print-ready artwork
• Monitor printing quality, color consistency, and alignment
• Knowledge of different paper types, GSM, and finishes as industry standards, market rate of paper.
• Good knowledge about press working.
• Maintain records of jobs, materials used
• Monitor and control material usage to reduce wastage
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate from any reputed college / university
• 7+ years of experience in printing or production operations or printing press
• Understanding of printing processes (offset, digital, etc.)
• Knowledge of colour management and print quality standards / printing sizes
• Working across the country.
• Good problem-solving, coordination skills ability to work under deadlines.
