Sales Training- Zonal Rep

Location 1: Jaipur

Location 2: Patna or Kolkata

Purpose of the Training Officer role:

Drive capability building through sales training, continuous learning interventions, and focused support to the new joiners.

As a Training Officer, you are expected to:

1. Handhold branch sales team by demonstrating effective sales skills. Identify capability gaps, reinforce correct sales behavior & improve sales counselling effectiveness.

2. Conduct product training, sales tool training, skills training, new product launch training, refreshers sessions to ensure the sales team remains updated, confident, and competent to drive higher customer engagement and business outcomes.

3. Align training priorities with business goals & address critical performance gaps by working in close coordination with regional stakeholders.

4. Support new joiners in building role clarity and helping drive consistent performance.

5. Drive consumption of self-learning courses, monthly knowledge check and learning activities.

Travel Requirement:

1. Travelling to assigned branches once in every month or as required.

To be successful in the Training Officer role you are required to have:

1. Strong command on sales skills, product & process knowledge.

2. Skilled in delivering effective training & coaching.

3. Proficient in working with MS excel, word, power-point and report preparation.

Qualification:

1. Must have a bachelors degree.

Experience: 4-6 years

1. Previous experience in driving sales through focused training & coaching.

2. Previous experience of Business to Customer (B2C) in the education industry.
