Position: Customer Experience Agent (Voice)
Position Responsibilities:
- Answering customer inquiries
- Resolving customer issues and complaints
- Providing information about products and services
- Taking orders and processing payments
- Managing customer accounts
- Handling returns and exchanges
- Escalating issues to appropriate departments
Key Skills Required:
- Good English communication skills
- Understanding written sentences and paragraphs in work related documents
- Using logic and reasoning to identify solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems
Education: Minimum: 10 + 2 years of formal education
Experience: Freshers and experienced with excellent communication skills.
