Lead - HR Compliance

:

Statutory & Legal Compliance (HR & New Labour Codes) :

- Ensure adherence to all applicable labour laws New Labour Codes Compliance and Implementation, factories act, employment laws.
- Prepare, maintain, and validate all statutory documentation and registers.
Government Liaisoning & External Stakeholder Management :
- Build and maintain strong rapport with Labour Department, Factory Inspectorate (DISH), PF, ESIC, CSR authorities, and local administration.
- Proactively mitigate regulatory risks and prevent adverse legal actions against company.
Legal Case Management (Labour & Special Projects) :
- Track, coordinate, and drive closure of labour court cases, conciliations, and special legal matters.
- Liaise with advocates, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
Industrial Relations & Disciplinary Proceedings :
- Draft charge sheets, disciplinary action letters, show-cause notices.
- Conduct domestic enquiries, conciliations, and represent management in labour courts.
Functional HR Cost & Process Efficiency :
- Monitor HR-related expenses versus budget.
- Drive cost rationalization without compromising compliance.
Contract Labour Legal Administration & Audit :
- Oversee PF, ESIC, wages, licensing, attendance, and statutory submissions for all contractors.
- Conduct internal audits and ensure readiness for external inspections.
Service Level Agreement (SLA) Vetting & Administration :
- Vet, administer, and periodically assess all SLAs, MOUs, and contracts.
- Ensure adherence to agreed commercial, legal, and service terms.
