Position Name: Functional Manager and Solution Architect

Relevant Experience: 5+ Years

Location: Bangalore

Key Responsibilities:

1. As a NetSuite Functional Consultant, you will work closely with clients to understand their business processes, gather requirements, and configure NetSuite to meet their needs.

2. Will be responsible for participating in requirements gathering, process mapping, and documenting process flows and specifications.

3. Lead/Support all solution activities including testing, verification, and cutover activities.

4. Documentation of requirement, Process and User documentation Design business process and application configuration for application based on industry best practices.

5. Work with technical teams to design and test automation and integrations

6. Provide expertise and guidance on best practices for NetSuite implementation and optimization.

7. Conduct sessions with the customer, attend project meetings and provide status on progress of activities and deliverables.

8. Work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

9. Perform administrator activities such as role setup, user setup, monitoring, deployment of enhancements and partner bundles, etc.

10. Responsible for owning and delivering complex solutions using the Oracle NetSuite platform.

Skill Required:

1. Should have worked on atleast 3-4end-to-end implementation experiences.

2. Experience in Financials, Accounting, Manufacturing, Software, Wholesale Distribution, Services, or Retail.

3. Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with NetSuite modules including Record to Report (R2R), Order to Cash (O2C), Procure to Pay (P2P), Inventory Management, Fixed Assets (FA/FAM), covering Chart Of Accounts (COA), General Ledger, Multi-Book Accounting, Inter-company Accounting, Advanced Financials, Accounts Payable/Receivable, and Reporting.

4. Familiarity with additional modules like Project Management (Pgm), Manufacturing, E-commerce, and Advanced Revenue Management is a plus.

5. Experience in managing client relationships during pre-sales and post-sales engagements.

6. Ability to train clients and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

7. Commitment to continuous learning, including pursuing relevant certifications and deepening product knowledge.

8. Proven ability to deliver training and facilitate workshops effectively.

Educational Qualifications:

1. Minimum CA - Qualified, Certified, CPA, ACCA , Equivalent

2. At least 6+ years of hands-on experience in NetSuite configuration, consulting, and administration.

3. Preferred NetSuite certifications: ERP Consultant, Administrator.

4. Excellent interpersonal communication, conflict resolution and change management skills.

5. Good team player with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
