Altezzasys Systems - Technical Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst with 8 - 10 years of experience in bridging business requirements and technical solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and development teams to define, document, and deliver high-quality technical and functional solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Elicit, analyze, and document business and technical requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications.
• Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams (developers, QA, architects).
• Create and maintain BRD, FRD, user stories, use cases, workflows, and data flow diagrams.
• Support solution design by working with architecture and development teams.
• Ensure requirements traceability throughout the SDLC.
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release planning.
• Support UAT, defect triage, and production issue analysis.
• Identify process improvements and recommend technology-driven solutions.
• Ensure compliance with security, data, and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 8 - 10 years of overall experience as a Technical/IT Business Analyst.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with Agile tools (JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, etc.).
• Strong experience in writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical documentation.
• Good understanding of APIs, microservices, system integrations, and data flows.
• Experience working with databases, SQL queries, and data models.
• Ability to analyze complex systems and propose effective solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Domain & Technical Exposure (Good to Have):

• Experience in banking, financial services, insurance, retail, or enterprise systems.
• Exposure to Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).
• Basic understanding of Big Data, ETL, reporting, or analytics systems.
• Experience with regulatory or compliance-driven projects.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and cross-functional dependencies.
• Leadership mindset with mentoring or guiding junior BAs.
