Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Campaigns :

Create and execute internal marketing campaigns to promote company initiatives, product launches, and organizational changes.
Content Creation :

Write, edit, and distribute engaging, brand-aligned content including leadership emails, memos, intranet posts, and video scripts.
Channel Management :

Oversee and optimize internal communication channels, ensuring information flow is clear, timely, and accessible.
Cross-Functional Collaboration :

Partner closely with HR, marketing, and executive leadership to maintain consistent messaging and support employee engagement.
Measurement & Analytics :

Track metrics (e.g., email open rates, survey feedback, intranet engagement) to measure the effectiveness of communication efforts.
Core Requirements :
Education :

Bachelor's degree/pg in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
Experience :

- 2-5+ years in internal communications, corporate communications, or marketing.

Skills :

- Excellent copywriting, editing, and storytelling skills. Strong visual communication and digital proficiency (intranet CMS, email marketing platforms, Canva).
Soft Skills :

High emotional intelligence, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to translate complex business strategies into simple, compelling narratives.
