Required Skills and Experience:

• Strong hands-on experience in Python-based AI/ML engineering.
• Experience building document processing, OCR, or intelligent data extraction pipelines.
• Working knowledge of LLM integration and prompt/pipeline orchestration.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of data cleaning, preprocessing, feature engineering, and structured output generation.
• Experience exposing AI/ML capabilities through APIs or integrating AI services into enterprise applications.
• Understanding of model validation, inference pipelines, performance monitoring, and production deployment considerations.
• Ability to collaborate with backend engineers, QA engineers, product owners, and business stakeholders.

Role / Services Responsibilities:

• Design and develop AI/ML pipelines for interpreting dispute-related documents.
• Integrate OCR outputs into downstream AI/ML and LLM-based processing workflows.

• Transform unstructured and semi-structured document content into structured outputs required by business workflows.
• Develop Python-based data processing, validation, and transformation components.
• Support integration of AI capabilities with backend services and APIs.
• Validate AI outputs for accuracy, consistency, completeness, and business usability.
• Collaborate with QA to define AI output validation scenarios and acceptance criteria.
• Support performance tuning, error handling, and continuous improvement of AI pipelines.
• Monitor model/pipeline behaviour during rollout and support issue analysis.
• Maintain technical documentation for AI processing logic, assumptions, interfaces, and known limitations.
• Work within Agile delivery ceremonies and align deliverables to sprint and phase goals.
