The Team
Our PI team provides Business Transformation and Performance Improvement Services to Corporates, Investors, and their portfolio companies, delivering:

• Performance improvement via cost reduction, operational improvements and revenue growth programs
• Large, complex organizational restructuring and business transformation
• Rapid Results Program, which helps to quickly and effectively assess business process management risks and identify key areas impeding performance
  

How You Will Contribute
We are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial individuals for our Performance Improvement team. You will be working in driving performance improvement projects focused on various domains including Supply Chain/ Procurement/ Commercial Excellence and PMO engagements. You will collaborate with global partners to develop and implement innovative solutions, ensuring that clients achieve their business objectives.

• Assist in executing procurement processes, including sourcing and vendor management, while helping to optimize supply chain functions.
• Conduct basic spend assessments and analyze financial and operational data to identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
• Help design and implement strategies to improve top-line, drive pricing excellence, sales force analytics
• Support the planning processes, including demand and supply forecasting, inventory management, and logistics coordination.
• Work closely with team members and clients to understand business needs, contribute to project execution/ PMO support, and maintain strong relationships for ongoing support.
