Operations Manager - Logistics And Supply Chain

Job Overview
As a 3PL Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing third-party delivery partners, driving performance improvements, and leading new store launch programs across Amazon s last-mile network. You ll apply data-driven analysis to optimize logistics operations and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to maintain high productivity, safety, and customer satisfaction across all shifts.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage operational performance of 3PL carriers and Delivery Service Partners (DSPs)
* Lead launch planning and execution for new locations in the last-mile network
* Analyze logistics data to identify inefficiencies and implement corrective actions
* Promote and enforce a strong safety and wellbeing culture across delivery operations
* Support daily operations, including team supervision and administrative tasks
* Standardize logistics procedures in collaboration with other managers
* Drive performance metrics and continuous process improvement initiatives

Job Requirements

* Bachelor s or Master s degree completed before start date
* Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English
* Experience in data analysis and reporting
* Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Background in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
* Experience communicating with diverse teams and leadership levels
