Role Overview :
- We are looking for a highly analytical and business-oriented Associate Director - Finance to drive financial planning, business forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and strategic financial analysis across the organisation.
- This role will work closely with business leaders and leadership teams to provide actionable insights, improve financial efficiency, and support data-driven decision-making in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in FP&A, MIS reporting, budgeting, variance analysis, and stakeholder management, along with excellent communication and technical skills.

Key Responsibilities :
- Own and drive MIS reporting, financial dashboards, cash flow statements, and business performance reporting.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes across business units.

- Perform variance analysis across revenue, margins, operational costs, and business performance metrics.
- Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights and strategic recommendations.
- Support month-end and year-end financial closure processes in collaboration with accounting teams.
- Identify cost optimization opportunities and improve overall financial efficiency.
- Build financial models, business projections, and scenario analyses to support strategic initiatives.
- Ensure accurate reporting, audit readiness, and compliance across finance operations.
- Drive process improvements, automation, and reporting standardization within the FP&A function.
- Present financial insights and performance updates to leadership stakeholders.
Requirements.
- CA qualification is mandatory.
- 5-8 years of experience in FP&A, financial planning, business finance, or related domains.
- Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, MIS reporting, and financial analysis.
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and evolving business environment.
- Experience in startups, internet businesses, SaaS, marketplaces, or high-growth organizations preferred.
