As we expand aggressively into the China corridor, we are looking for a Product Growth Associate who understands Chinas tech and marketing ecosystem and can help us scale efficiently.

Role Overview

We are seeking a data-driven and execution-focused Product Growth Associate to drive user acquisition, activation, and revenue growth from the China market.

You will work at the intersection of product, marketing, partnerships, and performance growth helping Amber localize, optimize, and scale across Chinese platforms and audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive growth initiatives targeting Chinese students studying abroad
• Optimize acquisition funnels across Chinese digital platforms (e.g., WeChat, Xiaohongshu, Baidu, Douyin)
• Localize product messaging, landing pages, and campaigns for Mandarin-speaking audiences
• Collaborate with product teams to improve conversion, activation, and retention metrics
• Run experiments (A/B testing, funnel optimization, campaign testing)
• Build and manage partnerships within Chinas EdTech and student mobility ecosystem
• Track KPIs including CAC, LTV, conversion rates, and retention
• Support CRM and lifecycle campaigns in Mandarin

Requirements

• Fluent in Mandarin (spoken & written) Mandatory
• Strong understanding of Chinas tech & marketing ecosystem
• Experience with digital growth, performance marketing, or product-led growth
