Job Description
About the role:
The Regulatory Reporting Quality Assurance (RRQA) team is responsible for providing governance and oversight of AMEX's regulatory reporting processes, with a focus on proactively identifying risks and control improvement opportunities to ensure reports remain accurate, complete, and compliant.
A QA Manager - Analytics & Insights will help shape the team's analytics strategy while remaining actively engaged in the design and development of high-value analytical solutions.
This role will elevate the team's analytics capabilities by leveraging data, emerging technologies (e.g., GenAI), and innovative approaches to deliver proactive insights and improve quality assurance effectiveness.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial services processes, system infrastructure, and risk and control frameworks, along with demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
