The Role
Our amazing Enterprise IT Data Management team is seeking a Data Engineer, experienced in using modern data tools. In this highly visible position, you will apply strong technical acumen and leadership in partnership with business counterparts to effectively define, plan and deliver technical solutions that support business outcomes in service to the larger organization.
- Design, develop, and maintain models and ETL processes to load information into our Data Warehouse and support Enterprise data capabilities
- Participate, as a leader, within the Data Organization in the evolution of our platforms and capabilities
- Build analytical tools that utilize data pipelines enabling actionable insights for key business metrics
- Serve as an expert and intermediary with our business partners
- Support the data environment by releasing new features, resolving issues for users, and driving cross functional solutions
- Ability to work on multiple areas like data pipeline ETL, data modelling & design, writing complex SQL queries etc.
- Hands on experience with Data Factory, Data Lake Storage, blob storage, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure DevOps and data access control management
- Experience or Familiarity working with ETL tools like Power Automate, DBT, Synapse Pipelines, Dataflow etc.
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in technical or business discipline
- 1-3 years of professional experience data Modeling, data warehousing, and modern data platform
- Proficient in using dbt
- Expert in Python
- Experience with Enterprise Data Management and Governance principles
- Knowledge of Semiconductor industry
- Manufacturing and RnD data experience
