Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Associate Professor of Computer Science/Information Technology based at the Ranchi campus. The Associate Professor will teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses, develop and update curricula, and guide learners through lectures, labs, projects, and seminars. Responsibilities include supervising research, mentoring students, and contributing to departmental academic planning and program development. The role involves publishing research, participating in academic collaborations, and engaging in industry partnership activities. The Associate Professor will also take part in committee work, assessment, and quality assurance processes to support the universitys academic standards.

• Ph.D. in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field from a recognized institution.
• Demonstrated record of quality research publications and participation in academic or professional conferences.
• Experience in classroom and laboratory teaching at the university level, with effective communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to mentor students, guide projects and theses, and collaborate with colleagues across disciplines.
• Familiarity with accreditation processes, academic quality assurance, and use of educational technology and learning management systems.
