Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to oversee the full recruitment cycle. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in attracting, selecting, and onboarding high-quality talent that aligns with our institutions values and mission. This position requires strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively represent our institution within the education sector.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies tailored to the education sector.

Collaborate with hiring managers to define job descriptions and specifications.

Source candidates using job portals, social media platforms, networking, and AI-based recruitment tools. Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and evaluate candidate suitability.

Coordinate and manage interviews between candidates and hiring panels.

Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and support throughout the hiring process.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of diverse talent for future hiring needs.

Requirements

03 years of proven experience as an HR Recruiter, preferably in the education or academic sector.

Masters degree in human resources or a related field.

Strong knowledge of job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn) and modern recruitment tools.

Familiarity with recruitment best practices and current market trends.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
