Assistant Professor of Law positions involve teaching undergraduate/postgraduate law courses, conducting scholarly research, publishing in peer-reviewed journals, and mentoring students in moot courts and legal aid. Key Responsibilities
- Teaching & Curriculum: Developing and delivering courses, conducting lectures, and creating study materials for LL.B/LL.M programs.
- Research & Publication: Conducting original legal research, producing high-quality publications in peer-reviewed journals, and participating in academic seminars.
- Mentorship: Guiding students in moot courts, legal research projects, research dissertations, and internships.
- Administration: Contributing to university academic planning, accreditation processes (BCI), and institutional committee work.
Required Qualifications & Skills

- PhD & LL.M. with high academic standing from Premium Universities/ Institutes.
- UGC NET/SET qualification.
- Experience: Previous teaching or research experience is often required.
- Specialization: Strong knowledge of law (e.g., Intellectual Property, Corporate Law, Constitutional Law).
- Skills: Exceptional legal drafting, communication, research skills, and familiarity with pedagogical technologies.
