Placement Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage campus placements process from registration to final selection, ensuring timely communication with students and corporates.
  
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners through regular meetings, calls, and emails to secure job opportunities for students.
  
• Coordinate with faculty members to ensure effective implementation of curriculum requirements related to industry interactions.
  
• Oversee the entire placement process, including scheduling interviews, conducting pre-placement activities, and providing feedback to both parties (students & employers).
  
• Maintain accurate records of student participation in internships/jobs offered by various organizations.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-10 years of experience in Campus Placement Management or Corporate Relations role.
  
• Strong understanding of education sector operations and processes.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with students, faculty members, and corporate representatives.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines under pressure.
