School ERP Lead

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Lead end-to-end implementation of the School ERP system in alignment with institutional needs.
• Customize ERP modules (admissions, attendance, grading, fees management, staff management, inventory, etc.) based on school requirements.
• Collaborate with software vendors to customize workflows and modules as needed.
• Ensure data integrity, accurate data migration, and regular backups.
• Define and manage data security protocols and user access controls.
• Provide hands-on support and training to end-users.
• Analyze existing processes for automation opportunities and implement improvements.
• Act as the primary point of contact between school leadership, staff, and ERP vendors.
• Provide technical expertise in troubleshooting ERP-related issues.
• Prioritize, manage time effectively, and ensure timely delivery at solution and technical levels.

**Qualifications & Skills:**

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in ERP implementation/management, preferably in the education sector.
• Good knowledge of School ERP solutions.
• Hands-on experience in system integration, database management (MySQL, SQL Server), and cloud-based deployments.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.
• Exposure to mobile ERP solutions and parent/student portals.

As a School ERP Lead, your performance will be evaluated based on successful ERP implementation within defined timelines, technical leadership and timely tech deliveries, user adoption rates, reduction in manual processes, system uptime, and data accuracy and security compliance.,
