Front End Developer (.NET MAUI)

About The Company
A regulated Swiss FinTech company that seeks to provide a one-stop digital solution for banking services such as money transfers (SWIFT, SEPA, instant international transfer, etc.), a premium debit card program and lot more in the future.
Responsibilities

The Front-End Developer will regularly report to the CTO and/or the Chief Executive Officer.
The Front-End IT Developer will work with other senior managers and will play a key role in business success.

DUTIES
General duties

Ensure a consistent and visually appealing user experience across multiple platforms and devices.
Develop cross-platform mobile and desktop applications using .NET MAUI.
Leverage the power of .NET MAUI to create high-performance, feature-rich applications.
Integrate front-end components with back-end services and APIs.
Perform thorough testing to identify and resolve UI/UX issues and bugs.
Maintain and update the front-end codebase to ensure compatibility with the latest .NET MAUI versions and standards.
Refactor and optimize code to improve performance and maintainability.
Work closely with development team, designers and product managers to align UI/UX development with project goals and requirements.
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Provide technical support to internal users in case of software issues.
Work closely with business teams to understand their needs and priorities.
Develops/programs tests in order to detect and correct any errors.
Design applications according to defined specifications.
Participate in requirements analysis and propose appropriate technical solutions.
Design robust and scalable software architectures.

Requirements

Proven 3+ experience as a front-end developer with expertise.
Strong knowledge of C# and XAML for .NET MAUI development.
Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and best practices.

Experience with version control systems (e.g. Git).
Knowledge of RESTful APIs and their integration into front-end applications.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and people skills
Familiarity with Azure cloud infrastructure.
Strong understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
Experience with responsive and mobile-first design principles.
Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services.
Ability to work effectively in a remote and agile development team.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Good English level for business communication.
Previous experience in the Financial sector / Fintech is a big plus
