Job Description
- Net Developer

About The Company
A regulated Swiss FinTech company that seeks to provide a one-stop digital solution for banking services such as money transfers (SWIFT, SEPA, instant international transfer, etc.), a premium debit card program and lot more in the future.
Responsibilities
- The .Net Developer will regularly report to the CTO and/or the Chief Executive Officer.
- The .Net Developer will work with other senior managers and will play a key role in business success.
General duties
- Ensure a consistent and visually appealing user experience across multiple platforms and devices.
- Integrate front-end components with back-end services and APIs.
- Provide technical support to internal users in case of software issues.
- Work closely with business teams to understand their needs and priorities.
- Design robust and scalable software architectures.
- Assist in the design and implementation of software solutions using the .NET framework.
- Work with team members to write clean, maintainable and efficient code.
- Participate in the testing process by writing unit tests and performing code reviews.
- Identify and debug software defects and problems.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for code, processes and procedures.
- Document code changes, enhancements and updates for knowledge sharing and future reference.
- Work with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX designers and business analysts, to deliver optimal solutions.
- Actively participate in team meetings and provide updates on progress.
- Continually improve your technical skills and knowledge of .NET development.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to enhance your expertise.
- Proven 2+ experience as an IT developer with expertise .Net.
- Degree in Computer Science or a relevant field.

- Good knowledge of C#
- Familiarize yourself with the organizations IT policies, procedures and security protocols to ensure compliance and adherence.
- Stay abreast of the latest developments in .NET development and related technologies through self-study and relevant educational resources.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote and agile development team.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Good English level for business communication.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and best practices.
- Experience with responsive and mobile-first design principles.
- Familiarity with Azure cloud infrastructure.
- Previous experience in the Financial sector / Fintech is a big plus
