Job Description

Overview
Analog is a global leader in Physical Intelligence. We build technology that allows the digital world to see, learn, and act in the physical one.
Headquartered in Abu Dhabi, Analog partners with the UAE and its institutions to build the world's first nation scale Physical Intelligence infrastructure.
Physical Intelligence connects perception with action and insight with intent. It fuses real world data, spatial understanding, predictive intelligence, and autonomous capability into unified systems that can sense, reason, and respond. This transformation is reshaping industries ranging from digital twins and real time operations to robotics enabled automation and immersive interfaces.
The Role: We are hiring a Technical Sales Manager to lead growth across Analog's Physical Intelligence product suite. This is a senior enterprise sales role focused on complex, consultative selling into government and large enterprise customers.
Analog's Products Operate As Advanced Enterprise Platforms
  • fusing data from the physical world into live spatial intelligence,
  • enabling predictive insight and large scale simulation,
  • powering real time operational decision making,
  • and supporting automation through integrated robotics and sensor ecosystems.
Success in this role requires a salesperson with strong technical depth, enterprise software fluency, and the ability to translate complex systems into clear business value. You must be credible selling AI platforms, data systems, or robotics solutions. The common thread is real world intelligence at scale.
Responsibilities
Drive Customer Engagement: Lead high-level technical sales discussions with government and enterprise customers. Understand their missions, operational realities, and decision-making structures, then align Analog's Physical Intelligence solutions to their challenges and priorities.
Translate Technology into Value: Clearly communicate the capabilities of Analog's Physical Intelligence platforms—spatial intelligence, unified data estates, predictive insights, simulation, agentic AI, automation, and robotics. Present these technologies in practical terms to both technical and executive audiences.
Own the Sales Cycle: Manage the complete enterprise sales process, including qualification, scoping, proposal development, commercial negotiation, and contract closure. Ensure consistent alignment between customer expectations and Analog's internal delivery and execution capabilities.
Technical Scoping: Work closely with product, engineering, AI research, and automation teams to define solution architectures, data requirements, deployment models, and integration pathways across the Physical Intelligence stack.
Partner Management: Collaborate with key ecosystem partners—robotics OEMs, sensor and hardware vendors, and technology integrators—to build integrated solutions and maintain strong technical and commercial relationships.
Support Demos and Pilots: Lead impactful demonstrations, proofs of concept, and on-site evaluations that showcase how Physical Intelligence enhances operations, automation, and decision-making in real-world environments.

Technical Fluency: Ability to engage confidently and credibly on spatial intelligence, unified data systems, predictive analytics, simulation technologies, agentic AI, automation workflows, and robotics integration.
Customer Orientation: Skilled at simplifying and communicating complex technologies for both technical stakeholders and executive decision makers. Strong relationship-building capability, particularly within government and enterprise environments.
Commercial Execution: Demonstrated success managing long and complex sales cycles, shaping technical and commercial proposals, structuring pricing and delivery models, and closing high-value opportunities.
Mindset: Combines technical depth with commercial acumen. Hands-on approach to demos, pilots, and field engagement. Curious, adaptable, proactive, and highly accountable.
What Working At Analog Offers
  • Culture: A collaborative, globally minded team building the future of physical intelligence. We value curiosity, courage, and creativity, and we're united by a belief that technology should amplify human potential rather than replace it.
  • Impact: The opportunity to work on projects with national and global significance, from adaptive cities and resilient infrastructure to next generation sports, entertainment, healthcare, and energy. Every product you help build contributes to shaping a safer, smarter, more human centered world.
  • Growth: Outstanding opportunities for learning and career development. You'll collaborate with leaders across AI, robotics, mixed reality, and systems engineering, while working on industry first, frontier scale solutions.
  • Rewards: A competitive compensation package with healthcare, education support, and generous leave benefits, reflecting the high value we place on our people and their families.
