Sales & HR Management Intern

Your responsibilities will include working on establishing an end-to-end process for a Global Online Hiring Portal, which is set to launch soon. This will involve tasks such as defining processes, delivery modes, client interactions, and onboarding procedures. Additionally, you will be actively involved in sales activities, focusing on global market penetration by engaging with major universities and corporates.

In addition to a stipend, you will have the opportunity to earn various incentives such as Project Incentives, Idea Incentives, and Sales Incentives based on your performance. This hybrid role will require you to work closely with the Sales & HR Management team at Analytus Group. While the role is primarily based in Bengaluru South, there may be flexibility for some remote work.

As a Sales & HR Management Intern, you will collaborate on developing and implementing sales strategies, supporting HR functions, conducting research, participating in recruitment processes, assisting in onboarding new staff, and maintaining employee records. Your duties will also include organizing training sessions, generating sales reports, and offering assistance to the HR team as required.

To excel in this role, you should possess basic knowledge of sales techniques, an understanding of HR functions, excellent communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team. Prior experience in sales or HR would be advantageous. Candidates pursuing or holding a Bachelor's/Masters degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field are preferred.
