– Trademark Associate (4–5 PQE)

• Strong experience in trademark prosecution, including filing, examination, opposition, hearings, and registration.
• Ability to independently handle end-to-end prosecution matters and manage a portfolio of domestic and international trademarks.
• Exposure to trademark litigation and enforcement (oppositions, cancellations, infringement actions) will be an added advantage.
• Excellent drafting skills, including preparation of responses, oppositions, written submissions, and legal opinions.
• Proven ability to interact with clients, understand commercial objectives, and provide strategic, business-oriented advice.
• Prior experience in client handling and matter management with minimal supervision is essential.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and a demonstrated commitment to professional growth.

Qualifications:

• LL.B. from a reputed university (NLU preferred).
• LL.M. is an added advantage.
