Litigation Specialist

We are looking for a skilled Patent Litigation Attorney with 47 years of experience to represent clients in complex patent disputes. The role requires strong technical expertise in Electronics, Computer Science, or IT, along with proven litigation experience before courts.

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in patent litigation matters before various courts.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Assist senior attorneys in all aspects of litigation preparation, including discovery, deposition preparation, and trial support.
• Manage client relationships and communicate effectively with clients regarding case status and strategy.
• Stay updated with developments in patent law and procedural rules.
• Collaborate with team members and other practice groups within the firm.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor&aposs degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology.
• Admission to the Bar in [state/country] and in good standing.
• 4-7 years of experience in patent litigation.
• Strong familiarity with patent law and procedures.
• Experience with High Court procedures and litigation processes.
• Excellent research, analytical, and writing skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
