Anand Rathi - Investment Banking Analyst - Consumer Sector

Key Responsibilities:

• Work across both Investment Banking verticals - Corporate Finance and ECM, with active involvement in front-end client-facing roles.
• Drive day-to-day execution of transactions across the entire deal lifecycle, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Support business development initiatives, including lead generation, pitching, and assisting in commercial negotiations.
• Continuously track allocated sectors, including news flow and transaction activity, and leverage insights to support origination efforts.
• Collaborate effectively within teams to deliver on client mandates and internal objectives.
• Demonstrate a high degree of proactiveness and ownership across all responsibilities.

Candidate Profile:

• Educational Qualification: If freshers then CA rankers only.
• Relevant IB experience of 1 year at least preferable, not mandatory.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills with a solid grasp of valuation techniques.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities; comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
