Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Officer, located in Bhubaneswar. The Sales Officer will be responsible for identifying and generating leads, managing customer relationships, and overseeing sales operations to meet company objectives. Day-to-day tasks include preparing and delivering sales presentations, nurturing channel partnerships, and maintaining effective communication with clients to achieve business goals. The role demands strong organizational capabilities and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Customer Service and maintaining strong client relationships
• Experience in Lead Generation and identifying potential growth opportunities
• Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Experience in Sales Operations and managing sales pipelines
• Knowledge of Channel Sales and building collaborative relationships with partners
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Proficiency in using CRM software and basic office tools is preferred
