Job Description
1. Leadership and Team Management:
o Lead and manage a team of Relationship Managers, Advisors, and other equity professionals across multiple branches or clusters.
o Drive team performance by setting clear targets and ensuring their achievement.
o Provide regular training, coaching, and mentorship to enhance team skills and capabilities.
2. Business Development and Revenue Generation:
o Develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue and business targets in the equity market segment.
o Drive client acquisition, retention, and portfolio expansion through personalized investment solutions.
o Identify and pursue cross-selling and up-selling opportunities for other financial products.
3. Client Relationship Management:
o Maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and institutional clients.
o Understand client investment goals, risk tolerance, and financial needs to provide tailored equity solutions.
o Address and resolve client queries, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and trust.
4. Market Analysis and Strategy:
o Monitor equity market trends, analyze industry data, and provide insights to the team.
