About:: Our client is a firm of experienced chartered accountants providing specialized services in the areas of audit & assurance, direct and indirect tax, business advisory, accounting, and regulatory compliances, with two locations in Mumbai and Ahmedabad and a vibrant team of 80 plus team members led by 5 Partners and Senior Consultants having rich experience in their area of domain. Our focus is on providing specialized quality services based on clients needs.

• Plan and execute statutory audit engagements in compliance with the relevant regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with external audit firms to ensure timely completion of the audit process.
• Review financial statements and ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable accounting standards.
• Stay abreast of changes in accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements affecting the industry.
• Implement and monitor internal controls to ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Provide guidance to the finance team on accounting treatment and disclosure requirements.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather relevant financial information for reporting purposes.
• Ensure adherence to reporting timelines and submission of financial statements to regulatory authorities.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, and compliance, to ensure a cohesive approach to financial management.
• Provide training and guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning.

Location - Tardeo, Mumbai

• 6 Days(Mon-Sat) 2nd & 4th Sat off 10:30-7 PM
