Job Description
- What youll be responsible for:
- * Managing and developing relationships with landlords and property owners
- * Driving retail leasing mandates and generating new business opportunities
- * Identifying and engaging with potential retail occupiers
- * Managing the leasing lifecycle from mandate acquisition to closure
- * Conducting market research and providing insights on rental trends, tenant mix and positioning
- * Negotiating commercial terms and facilitating successful deal closures
- * Building strong relationships with key stakeholders across the retail real estate ecosystem
- What were looking for:
- Strong experience in Retail Leasing / Landlord Representation
- Excellent business development and negotiation skills
- Strong understanding of the retail real estate market
- Proven track record of managing client relationships and closing transactions
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
