We focus on Tier-2, 3 & 4 towns & villages, covering 11000 pin codes (60%) of India through a vast network of last-mile (tech-enabled) feet-on-street (FOS) network of 40,000 Digital Runners.

Job Role

• We are looking for an Operations Executive to support our field
• operations. The role involves guiding and assisting Digital
• Runners, ensuring task completion, and following up on
• fieldwork status. You will also update data and handle any issues that arise.

Job Location: Indore | Full Time | Work from Office

Salary Range: 1.8 LPA- 4 LPA

Experience: Either a fresher or have a minimum of six months of experience.

LanguagesPreferred: Telugu and at least one of Hindi or English.

Preferred Requirement: Graduate

Responsibilities

• Guide and Assist Digital runners on the field
• Follow up on Fieldwork status and ensure task completion
• Update fieldwork Data accurately
• Manage time effectively to meet deadlines
• Maintain proper communication with field employees
• Multitask efficiently in a dynamic environment

• Proficiency in Telugu is Required
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Typing speed and basic computer skills
• Problem-solving abilities
• Intellectual and empathetic approach to work
