What You’ll Do

• Design and develop scalable backend services and REST APIs using Go/Golang.
• Build microservices and cloud-native applications with a focus on performance, reliability, and security.
• Design clean, maintainable, and reusable code following modern engineering practices.
• Integrate APIs and backend services with databases, third-party systems, and enterprise applications.
• Work with Docker, Kubernetes, and Cloud platforms to build and deploy production-grade applications.
• Troubleshoot complex technical and production issues and drive effective solutions.
• Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, testing, and technical design decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering, DevOps, and product teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Continuously improve application performance, scalability, observability, and reliability.

What You’ll Need

• 6+ years of software development experience with strong backend engineering expertise.
• Strong hands-on experience with Go / Golang.
• Proven experience building REST APIs, backend services, and microservices.
• Strong understanding of Go concurrency, goroutines, channels, error handling, and interfaces.
• Good knowledge of data structures, algorithms, design principles, and API design.
• Experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB, etc.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with at least one major cloud platform — AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong experience with Git, CI/CD, debugging, and production troubleshooting.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Good to Have

• Experience with gRPC, Kafka/RabbitMQ, Redis, or event-driven architectures.
• Experience with AWS services and cloud-native application development.
• Knowledge of Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, ELK, or similar observability tools.
• Experience with Linux, Bash, Terraform, or Infrastructure as Code.
• Exposure to Python or Node.js.
• Experience building high-scale, distributed systems.
