Role Description

We are looking for a CreativeGraphic Designer with a strong eye for aesthetics and an even stronger sense of storytelling.

Your primary focus will be on creating engaging short-form video content and developing creative ideas for social media, digital communication and campaigns. 

Youll work across digital, motion graphics, social and illustrations - designing touch points such as social content, reels, website interfaces, video content, digital marketing and inspiring brochures - promoting destinations, experiences and cultures world over!

This is a full-time on-site role located in Delhi, India.

Key Responsibilities

• Design visual content across channels - social media, reels, video content website, digital ads, and interactive brochures
• Conceptualise, create and edit high-quality reels and short-form video content for Anecdotes social media and digital advertising
• Create original illustrations and assets that align with the brand tone
• Working closely with the marketing and sales teams to translate briefs into impactful design
• Develop fresh and original creative ideas for Anecdotes social media and marketing campaigns.
• Maintain a consistent brand language across platforms, with an open forum to creative ideas - visual, typography, illustration, graphics and more
• Creative Ad Design - Data driven and a focus on creating effective ad campaigns
• Video Storyteller - To create lifestyle and travel content, with experience of motion graphic, video and creative design tools. Video storytelling would include from concept, scripting, to editing & final execution of reels
• Being in the travel and lifestyle space, constantly innovating on design and working with other brands in the same space for collaborative campaigns 

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of relevant marketing communication & graphic designing experience
• Previous experience with social media & graphic design through degrees or experience working with creative agencies, visual arts and related fields would be a plus
• Experience in the travel, hospitality, media, fashion and lifestyle industry is a plus
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Premier Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign (Figma or Canva is a plus)
• Experience with motion graphics or basic video editing is required
• Knowledge of UI/UX principles and latest front end technologies is preferred
• Familiarity with social media and digital marketing design requirements
