Growth Marketer (Performance Marketing)

About the Role:

We are hiring an execution-focused Growth Marketer specializing in performance advertising. You will manage, optimize, and scale paid acquisition campaigns across Meta and Google Ads with a laser focus on ROI, conversions, and customer acquisition costs.

• Key Responsibilities:
• . Plan, set up, and execute end-to-end paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• . Manage monthly ad budgets exceeding 1,00,000, optimizing continuously for high ROAS and low CPL/CAC.
• . Analyze and report on campaign performance metrics daily/weekly, presenting data-backed conclusions on ad fatigue, conversion rates, and scaling opportunities.
• . A/B test ad creatives, copy, landing pages, and audience targeting to boost funnel conversion.
• Requirements & Qualifications:
• . 1.5 to 2 years of proven, hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.
• . Strong expertise in campaign setup, audience segmentation, pixel setup, and bidding strategies on Meta and Google Ads.
• . Proven track record of managing monthly ad spend of 1 Lakh+.
• . Deep understanding of performance marketing statistics (CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, CAC, ROAS).
• . Strong analytical mindset with the ability to articulate numerical outcomes clearly.
