Role: Associate - Project Initiatives

Location: Gurugram

What you will do:

• Customer Query and Complaint Resolution: Act as the first point of contact for customer queries and complaints related to RNE and ONR, coordinating with the Offers team and CX team to ensure timely resolution.
• Client Engagement: Connect directly with select clients through outbound calls, wherever required, to understand their concerns and resolve issues and complaints efficiently.
• Customer Surveys and Feedback: Conduct customer surveys and follow-up calls to gather feedback, understand customer pain points, and identify areas for improvement.
• Business QA: Test offer journeys from a business perspective, identify gaps and issues, and raise bugs with the Product team along with clear context and steps to reproduce the issues.
• Issue Tracking and Analysis: Maintain a tracker of recurring customer queries, complaints, and issues to identify patterns and share insights with the Product and CX teams.

Who you are:

• Graduate with at least 1 year of experience in Complaint Management.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel, including advanced Excel functions. Basic understanding of Data bricks.
