Engagement Manager - Project Management

We are looking for an experienced Engagement Manager / Project Manager with a minimum of 5 years of core project management experience to lead and deliver complex technology projects successfully.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in project management methodologies, customer management, stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and team leadership. Experience working with complex cloud solutions and knowledge of Broadcast, Digital, Linear, or SSAI environments will be an added advantage.

The candidate should be comfortable managing real-time projects, working under tight timelines, and collaborating with technical and business teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead projects end-to-end, from initiation and planning through execution, delivery, and closure.

- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource requirements.

- Manage project schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, and overall delivery.

- Apply appropriate project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.

- Act as the primary point of contact for customers and key stakeholders.

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Manage customer expectations, negotiations, escalations, and project communications.

- Lead cross-functional teams and ensure effective collaboration across technical and business functions.

- Track project progress and proactively identify and address risks, issues, and dependencies.

- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and according to agreed quality standards.

- Manage real-time projects effectively, particularly where there are tight deadlines and time-sensitive deliverables.

- Conduct regular project reviews, status meetings, and stakeholder updates.

- Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and management updates.

- Facilitate communication between customers, internal teams, vendors, and other stakeholders.

- Ensure project governance, documentation, and reporting standards are followed.

- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to continuous delivery improvement.

- Work closely with technical teams to understand solution requirements, architecture, dependencies, and potential delivery risks.

- Support solution planning and ensure technical deliverables remain aligned with business and customer objectives.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Minimum 5 years of core Project Management experience.

- Proven experience using project management tools, frameworks, and methodologies.

- Strong knowledge of project planning, execution, monitoring, risk management, and delivery.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Excellent customer management and negotiation skills.

- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.

- Experience delivering projects in a team-oriented environment.

- Proven track record of delivering real-time projects under tight timelines and time constraints.

- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Good technical understanding and ability to work effectively with technical teams.

- Experience working with complex cloud solutions.

Technical & Domain Knowledge :

- Knowledge or experience in any of the following areas will be an advantage:

Education & Certifications :

- University degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

- PMP (Project Management Professional)
