Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Marketing role based in Indore. The Social Media Marketing professional will manage and grow brand presence across key social platforms, including planning content calendars, publishing posts, and engaging with online communities. Daily responsibilities include creating and optimizing social media content, monitoring performance metrics, and collaborating with the creative and strategy teams to ensure campaigns align with broader digital marketing goals. The role also involves staying current with platform updates and trends, proposing data-driven improvements, and contributing to integrated marketing initiatives that support startup clients.

• Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Marketing to plan, execute, and optimize platform-specific campaigns.
• Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Content Creation to develop engaging, brand-aligned posts, stories, and short-form videos.
• Candidates should possess skills in Digital Marketing to integrate social media efforts with paid campaigns, email, and other online channels.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills for clear messaging, collaboration with internal teams, and professional interaction with clients.
• Relevant experience managing social media accounts for brands or startups, including use of analytics tools and basic reporting.
• Ability to work on-site in Indore, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and basic copywriting skills are beneficial.
• A diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory; demonstrable portfolio or work samples are an advantage.
