Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Creation, development, and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and print.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and successful launch of campaigns.
  • Develop engaging and relevant content for different marketing channels, including case studies, social media updates, newsletters, and promotional materials.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Analyse data to assist in marketing strategies and decision-making.
  • Manage and grow our social media presence by creating and publishing content.
  • Engage with our online community and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.
  • Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns using various analytics tools.
  • Prepare reports and provide insights to optimize future campaigns.
  • Planning and organizing events, webinars, and trade shows.
  • Coordinate logistics, promotional materials, and on-site activities.
  • Support the marketing team with administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing databases, and maintaining marketing collateral.

  Requirements

• Bachelors degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
  • Freshers are eligible for this role
  • 1-2 years experience is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Experience with social media platforms and content management systems
  • Creative thinker with a passion for marketing and a keen eye for detail
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
