About the Role
Our client is a leading multinational company in building envelope solutions, with a strong presence across the Middle East, seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to lead its UAE commercial operations and drive profitable business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the UAE commercial strategy and achieve revenue/profitability targets.
- Lead and develop sales, pre-sales, and commercial teams.
- Build strong relationships with developers, architects, façade consultants, contractors, fabricators, and strategic accounts.
- Drive major project opportunities, specification activity, strategic accounts, and framework agreements.
- Lead senior-level negotiations, pricing, contracts, and commercial risk management.
- Drive early-stage project engagement and maintain a strong project pipeline.
- Ensure accurate forecasting, CRM adoption, payment terms, and receivables management.
- Monitor market and competitor trends and identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with technical, operations, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
