Role Type Permanent, Fulltime Role Location Bengaluru Analytics and strategic people insights is a high priority for Talent and Culture (T&C) at ANZ. This role will ensure the Talent and Culture analytics platforms are fit for purpose data and analytics platforms to deliver strategic people reporting and insights. What will your day look like Manage existing People Analytics Platform activity Lead day to data operational activity to ensure the smooth access and functionality for the People Analytics team. Consider/contribute to transitional requirements to new cloud-based Reporting/Analytics platform and initiatives to improve functionality. Leadership to activate/enhance Reporting, Dashboards and Analytics via SuccessFactors and Qualtrics Partner with Reporting and Analytics Leads, Analytics and Data Scientists to understand requirements and facilitate the development and delivery of solutions via SuccessFactors and Qualtrics Partner with SuccessFactors Systems Lead and Analysts to deliver optimal solutions and configuration. Leadership to ensure optimal data structures and integrations in SuccessFactors and Qualtrics. Improve Key People Foundation Data Elements Actively collaborate with key HR business partners to achieve fit for purpose solution. Actively collaborate and consider Enterprise risk and compliance processes and procedures. Leadership and Stakeholder Management Establish and effectively manage relationships with key stakeholders across the technical and systems teams to ensure timely and quality delivery Actively contribute to the T&C Data, Analytics & Insights leadership team including contributing to the development of the team strategy, management of risks and compliance requirements Build strong and effective relationships, collaborate and influence across the broader T&C Data workforce (Data Chapter) Effectively collaborate with the Enterprise Data Governance team to ensure the application of best practice principles and ANZ policy. What will you bring? 5 years experience in a similar role within a large corporate environment HR Data knowledge A strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset focused on solving businesses challenges with the data available. Outstanding communication skills and demonstrated experience in building and maintaining effective working relationships. Highly collaborative team player with the ability to develop, lead and manage effective cross-functional groups. Highly developed and outstanding stakeholder management skills with the ability to autonomously manage senior stakeholders (Tribe Leads) Proven ability to work in and contribute to a high performing and collaborative team environment. A problem solver with the ability to think laterally in time critical situations. Self-directed with an aptitude to set priorities and work effectively to meet timelines Tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Business or a related discipline So, why join us?
