Search Engine Optimization Intern

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented SEO Intern to support our digital marketing team in improving website visibility and organic search performance. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a strong foundation in SEO while gaining hands-on experience across on-page, off-page, and technical SEO activities.

• Assist in developing and implementing effective SEO strategies to improve website ranking and drive organic traffic.
• Conduct keyword research and analyze website content to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the content team to create high-quality, optimized content that resonates with target audiences.
• Monitor and analyze website analytics to track SEO performance and pinpoint areas for improvement.
• Support the development of link building campaigns and other off-page SEO tactics.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and best practices to continuously improve SEO efforts.

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
• Experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics and SEMrush.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Assist in keyword research to identify growth opportunities for organic search.
• Support on-page SEO optimization, including meta tags, headings, internal linking, and content optimization.
• Help execute off-page SEO activities such as link building, outreach, and content submissions.
• Assist in conducting basic technical SEO audits to identify crawl issues, indexing errors, and site performance concerns.
• Collaborate with content and design teams to ensure SEO best practices are followed.
• Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
• Prepare basic SEO performance reports and documentation.
• Research competitors SEO strategies and share insights with the team. Stay updated with SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.
