• Lead, motivate and manage a team of Financial Product Distributors.
• Focus on client acquisition, retention and relationship management.
• Support customers with suitable financial planning and wealth management solutions.
• Monitor team performance, productivity and target achievement.
• Ensure regular training and capability development of team members.
• Drive local market initiatives, referral programs and business development activities.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day team operations and administration.
• Maintain high levels of regulatory compliance and risk management.
• Build a proactive, sales-driven and engaged team while minimizing attrition.

What We Are Looking For:

• Mainly candidates from Agency life insurance or direct sales also fine.
• Also experience in sales, financial services, wealth management or distribution can apply.
• Proven team handling and leadership skills.
