The RoleWe’re hiring for Product Operations Associate to work closely with the Product team on Apna Advantage.This is a hands-on role for someone early in their career who enjoys solving messy problems, digging into data, working closely with users and operations teams, and turning insights into better products and processes.Title: Product Operations Associate Experience: 0–2 yearsLocation: Domlur, Bengaluru — Work from Office, 5 days/weekAbout Apna AdvantageApna Advantage helps users make better career decisions and access higher-education and upskilling opportunities.We’re building the journey across discovery, counselling, admissions and post-enrolment support using a combination of product, operations and AI.What You’ll DoImprove the end-to-end user journey across discovery, counselling, application and admissionsWork closely with counsellors and users to identify product gaps and operational bottlenecksAnalyse funnels, call outcomes, CRM data and user behaviour to find drop-offs and opportunitiesTranslate operational problems into clear product requirementsImprove workflows across CRM, calling, WhatsApp, lead routing and internal toolsRun experiments and track impact on conversion, productivity and user experienceTest and improve AI-powered experiences such as voice counsellors and internal automationOwn dashboards, SOPs and processes needed to make product launches work at scaleAct as a bridge between Product and Operations and drive issues to closureWhat We’re Looking For0–2 years of experience in product operations, business operations, product, analytics, consulting, founder’s office or similar rolesStrong problem-solving and analytical abilityComfortable working with spreadsheets and dataHigh ownership and bias for actionStrong attention to detailComfortable speaking with users and operational teamsClear written and verbal communicationCurious about AI and already using AI tools in your day-to-day workComfortable working in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment
